Delete your account

You can delete your Pointly account and personal data at any time — inside the app, or by email if you cannot sign in. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

1. From the app (fastest)

Customer app: open Profile → Account & security → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm.

Business app: open Settings → Delete account and confirm. This also closes your store and cancels its billing.

2. By email

Cannot open the app? Email [email protected] from the email address or phone number on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm it is you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

3. What gets deleted

Your profile (name, email, phone), saved loyalty cards, points and stamps, rewards, scan history, saved location, and notification tokens are erased or irreversibly anonymized. You are signed out of every device.

4. What we may keep

We retain only anonymized or aggregate records with no personal identifiers (for example, totals a merchant needs for accounting) and anything we are legally required to keep, as described in our Privacy Policy.
