Pointly
Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-16
These are the rules of using Pointly — both for businesses running loyalty programs and for customers collecting stamps. Pointly is operated by Saveron. By using Pointly you agree to these terms. If you don't, just don't use the service.
1. The service
Pointly is a digital loyalty card platform operated by Saveron. Merchants create programs (stamp cards, points cards, rewards). Customers join those programs and earn rewards by visiting and scanning.
2. Your account
You're responsible for what happens on your account. Don't share credentials. Don't use Pointly to commit fraud. Don't scan QR codes you got from somebody else trying to game stamps.
If you suspect your account is compromised, change your password immediately and email [email protected].
3. Merchant obligations
If you run a loyalty program on Pointly, you agree to honor the rewards customers earn through the platform. We facilitate the program — you're the one fulfilling the actual reward.
As a merchant you are the controller of your customers' personal data and Pointly is your processor; a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request at [email protected].
Pricing for paid plans is shown in the Billing page of your dashboard. You can cancel anytime — your data stays with you for as long as you keep the account.
4. Fair use
Pointly is built for legitimate businesses and real customers. Don't auto-script scans, don't fake reviews, don't spam other users with campaigns. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
5. Coins & rewards
Pointly Coins (the platform-wide loyalty currency) have no cash value and can't be exchanged for currency. They can only be redeemed at participating merchants, and only per the terms of each merchant.
Rewards earned via stamp cards are subject to the merchant's rules — expiration dates, fair use, etc.
6. Termination
You can delete your account anytime — Pointly will anonymize your data within 30 days.
We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or threaten the platform's integrity. We'll explain why when we do.
7. Disclaimer
Pointly is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free. We're not responsible for what merchants do with your data beyond the contract above, or for the quality of the rewards they offer.
8. Changes
We update these terms occasionally. The “last updated” date at the top tells you when. Material changes get an in-app notice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and disputes go through the Delaware courts.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, nothing in these terms removes the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, and you keep the right to bring proceedings before your local courts.
