Pointly provides a digital loyalty card platform for businesses and consumers. Merchants create loyalty programs, and consumers collect stamps and earn rewards.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your credentials or use the service for fraudulent purposes.
Merchants agree to honor rewards earned through the platform. Pointly is not responsible for merchant fulfillment of rewards.
Pointly Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency. They can only be redeemed at participating merchants per their coin acceptance terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
